What would the ramifications be? Would this product be popular? Who would be interested in such a product? [Anyone care to conduct a poll?] What political, economic, and/or social consequences might there be?

Tens of thousands change their looks every year through surgery and millions do with cosmetics. And people pay billions every year to businesses all over the world to help them do it. So, if this is the reality of the world as we know it, what comes next if millions can go to their local pharmacy or order online supplements to change even more dramatically what they look like? How will this affect American society? World society? I would like us to compile a list of possible scenarios and then narrow them down to what’s probable. Would such a list be useful to anyone?
